Pindulo’s Atmospheric Emission License (AEL) is critical to our operations, as it ensures that we comply with the regulations related to air quality management in South Africa.

Our facility in Saldanha can store over 9.4 million tonnes of mineral ores per annum, in bulk, in our warehouses. To ensure that we meet the regulatory requirements, Pindulo has a team of air quality specialists who interpret the implications of air pollution regulations and their applicability to our operations in a systematic way.

Pindulo’s commitment to complying with AEL regulations ensures that we operate in a manner that is safe and sustainable¬† – for both the environment and the communities we serve.
